QUESTION: Is training Krav Maga dangerous?
ANSWER: No, our  TOP PRIORITY is safety during training. Obviously, minor injuries do happen as it is physical activity, but we do look after our students. Any person  deliberately trying hurt others or having "ego issues" is immediately removed from class and from the list of students.

Q: Are your instructors qualified?
A: Yes, they both are fully qualified IKMF/KMG certified instructors.

Q: Do I need any protective gear?
A: Yes, it is a very important part of safety in training. As a minimum we strongly suggest equipping yourself with a groin guard (by the way, ladies do need groin protection as well :) and a mouth guard. Further protection gear, such as forearm protectors, head guard, shin guards, can be purchased at a later date.

Q: What clothes do I need for training?
A: Sport clothing (no zippers though), t-shirt, trainers. Make sure to remove the jewlery to prevent injuring yourself or others.

Q: If I am shy, is it ok if I just come for one session and watch?
A: Yes, definitely. You are welcome to come in and observe how we train, ask us questions etc.

Q: I am not ready for training with a group of people I don't know. I would like to learn some Krav Maga before I start attending the regular classes. Is it possible?
A: Yes it is possible - Private Tuition is the answer. We will be more than happy to teach you in a park, your garden or any other place you feel comfortable in. Also, your family or friends may join you!

Q: Are there any age restrictions?
A: You have to be 18+ (men), 16+ (ladies) to train.
